My dog is fully vaccinated in accordance with the current recommendations of the German Standing Committee on Vaccination in Veterinary Medicine (StIKo Vet).

If my dog is sick, I will only come to training after prior consultation with my dog.

Heat: I will inform you in advance that my female dog is in heat and will only take part in the training if agreed upon. If participation is too much of a distraction for the other dogs in the course, I am not entitled to compensation for the missed lessons.

Legal information

I have taken out valid dog owner liability insurance for my dog.

I hereby confirm that I am solely responsible for supervising my dog while it is running free and for leading it and that I am liable for any damage or accidents caused to third parties (damage to property or personal injury).

Please tick if applicable: The dog is registered with the regulatory authorities. Any regulatory requirements, if any, must be communicated (e.g. obligation to wear a muzzle).
